PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selection device, a selection method, and a selection program capable of selecting a proper transaction destination.

SOLUTION: An MFP is provided with: a flash memory 113 for storing a plurality of evaluation points evaluated in different time for every transaction destination; a general evaluation point determination part 55 for determining one general evaluation point based on a plurality of evaluation points for every transaction destination; and a selection part 61 for selecting one of a plurality of transaction destinations based on the determined general evaluation point. When all the prescribed number of continuous evaluation points in immediate vicinity are equal to or more than reference points, a total evaluation point determination part 55 determines one general evaluation point based on the prescribed number of continuous evaluation points which are equal to or more than the reference points.
