<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly increase effective use of data or a program owned by a large number of general users. <P>SOLUTION: The data owned by the large number of general users are registered into a server as master data. The registered data of the general users are stored as a database in the form of API (Application Program Interface) by automatic API generation means 12, 32 to be properly output. The API database is disclosed to a third party who easily brows or uses the database.
