<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous human kidney biopsy simulation kit allowing the confirmation of the position of the organ by using ultrasonic echo as a simulation model in the percutaneous kidney biopsy, having the feeling very similar to the tension, hardness and flexibility, etc., of the skin felt when a biopsy gun is manipulated, permitting confirmation of the condition of bleeding caused by the puncture, available a plurality of times, and utilizable in a number of medical facilities. <P>SOLUTION: The whole kidney of a hog and the tissue on the back of the kidney of the hog whose surface area is wider than the surface area on the back of the whole kidney are extracted in a lump, and connectors are connected to the hog renal vane, hog renal artery and hog ureter respectively in such a state as to communicate with each other, so that a kidney tissue complex for the kidney biopsy including integrated whole kidney and tissue on the back of the kidney of the hog is prepared. The kidney tissue complex is placed within a fixed box whose top at least can be opened.
