<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel having excellent corrosion resistance in an under ground burying environment. <P>SOLUTION: A resin layer containing 1-30 mass% one or more of sodium vanadate, sodium meta-vanadate, sodium molybdate, ammonium molybdate, sodium tungstate, sodium niobate and potassium tantalate per 100 mass% resin solid portion in a water-soluble butylal resin having water absorption of 10-300% is formed with 10-100μm thickness on the surface of the steel to allow vanadic ion, meta-vanadic ion, molybdic ion, tungstic ion, niobic ion and tantalic ion to exist in a corrosion product on the surface of the steel when the steel is exposed in the under ground burying environment, and/or the steel contains one or more of V, Mo, W, Nb or Ta element as chemical components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
