PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device for absorbing a dispersion of a characteristic on manufacture of a liquid crystal panel, to improve a yield getting low, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal device includes the liquid crystal panel 10, and a drive IC 20 for impressing a driving voltage to the liquid crystal panel 10, the drive IC 20 includes a plurality of LUTs 21a-21d for changing the driving voltage, based on temperature information, includes an FPC 30 for selecting one LUT out of the plurality of LUTs, and outputs the driving voltage impressed to the liquid crystal panel 10, using only the selected one LUT.
