PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-permeable bag which can easily be fixed to a container with a closed annular handle and is useful for extracting tea or the like. SOLUTION: The water-permeable bag 1 with an open top edge is provided, and in the neighborhood of this top edge, a tearing guide extending in the same direction as the top edge is provided, and by tearing the bag 1 along the guide, a handle 8 is formed. As the handle 8 has two free ends 41A and 41B, the handle 8 is easily bound to the container 21 with the closed annular handle 24 such as a mug cup. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
