<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rock bolt driving apparatus mechanizing insertion and pull-out work of a filler injection pipe into and from a rock bolt hole, and insertion work of a rock bolt with a boring rod left mounted only by being mounted to a guide shell provided at a drill jambo. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rock bolt driving apparatus is mounted to the guide shell 2 of an underground working apparatus having a drifter, the guide shell 2 and the boring rod 4. The rock bolt driving apparatus includes a roller mechanism 50 having a plurality of rollers 30 capable of advancing/retreating a held bar-like member by rotating in a state of holding one bar-like member selected out of the bar-like members including at least filler injection pipes and the rock bolts, and a driving force converting mechanism 60 converting the rotation of the boring rod 4 rotated by the drifter, into rotation in a direction to advance/retreat the bar-like member and transmitting it to the rollers 30.
