<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit in which driving power is reduced, corresponding to the on-off drive voltage characteristics of individual relays. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An interior unit control part 14 outputs the on-pulse width of PWM by gradually increasing from 0 and detects the timing of the switching contact of an interior unit power supply relay 16 becoming "close" by the reception by the interior unit control part 14 of the transmission data transmitted from an exterior unit 2, and holds the "close" state of the switching contact by a pulse width narrower than the on-pulse width of the PMW at this time. Meanwhile, an exterior unit control part 22 outputs the on-pulse width of PWM by gradually increasing from 0 and detects the timing when the both-end voltage of a smoothing capacitor which are not shown in the motor rectifying part 24 iss suddenly increased, gradually decreases the on-pulse width of the PWM, and holds the "closed" state of the switching contact by a pulse width slightly wider than that when both the end voltages of the smoothing capacitor are reduced suddenly.
