<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition although containing a large amount of a vegetable material, equipped with injection moldability and capable of being produced in a good efficiency, and to provide a method for producing the composition, its molded article and a method for producing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This composition is provided by containing the vegetable material, a first thermoplastic resin and a second thermoplastic resin having a lower melting point than that of the first thermoplastic resin, and in the case that the total of the vegetable material, first thermoplastic resin and second thermoplastic resin is made as 100 mass%, the vegetable material is 50 to 95 mass%, the first thermoplastic resin is 4 to 49 mass% and the second thermoplastic resin is 1 to 10 mass%. The method comprises a mixing process of melting the first thermoplastic resin and second thermoplastic resin by the rotation of a mixing blade in a mixing chamber of a mixing/melting device equipped with a mixing chamber and the mixing blade arranged in the mixing chamber, and mixing with the vegetable material.
