<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition excellent in low-temperature adhesion, and to provide an adhesive sheet or an adhesive tape using the composition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The adhesive composition includes 1-30 pts.wt. of a cyclic terpene phenol-based tackifier having a glass transition point of -40 to 0°C, based on 100 pts.wt. of an elastomer, such as a natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, or an acrylic polymer. The cyclic terpene phenol-based tackifier contains a cyclic terpene compound/a phenol compound (=1/1) adduct, and in particular, a camphene/phenol (=1/1) adduct, α-pinene/phenol (=1/1) adduct and limonene/phenol (=1/1) adduct are preferable.
