<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance transmitting efficiency of an initial load to a cross member at load input from an outer side in a vehicle body width direction by a side collision or the like while ensuring the bonding strength of a rocker and a rock reinforcement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle body side part 10, when the load is input from the outer side in the vehicle body width direction to the rocker 100 by the side collision or the like, by deformation of a cross section accompanying the transmission of the load, a projection part 324 of a swelled part 320 of the rocker reinforcement 300 is moved to an inner side in the vehicle body width direction and is abutted on a rocker inner panel. Thereby, since the load is transmitted (input) to the rocker inner panel 110 not through an adhesion layer, stroke load sensitivity is high. Accordingly, the transmitting efficiency of the load to the floor cross member 50 is enhanced when the load F is input from the vehicle body width direction to the rocker 100 (rocker body 102) of the vehicle body side 10 by the side collision or the like.
