PURPOSE: A device for controlling a hydraulic pump for construction machinery is provided to improve fuel efficiency and drivability by controlling the torque ascension rate of a hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a hydraulic pump for construction machinery comprises an engine(10), a hydraulic pump(20), and a control part(30). The hydraulic pump is powered by the engine, and the absorption torque of the hydraulic pump is varied depending on a control signal. The control part varies the absorption torque of the hydraulic pump. |
