<p>The invention relates to methods and devices for vibration-free concreting and more specifically to methods and devices for the placing and high-power, high-speed inertial compacting of a concrete mix at elevated pressure. The method makes it possible to optimize the value of the coefficient of compaction of a concrete mix laid in a vibration-free fashion. This results, with the variational setting and implementation (adjustment and optimization) of the integral indicators of the mix parameters and/or jet regimes and/or characteristics of the spatial environment, in an increase in the strength of the concrete in the early stages of curing, an increase in the thickness of the placed and compacted mix in one concreting operation and a reduction in the losses of mix during placing and compacting. In the method, concreting is performed at superelevated pressure using the high-speed, high-power inertial characteristic of the components, and the operations are joined to form a continuous, combined, sequential process for preparing a mix, loading and transporting said mix, restoring a flow and unloading the flow of mix in order to place and compact said mix, in particular by stabilizing the homogeneity of the concrete mix. A device is proposed for the implementation of this method.</p> |
