<p>PURPOSE: A thick steel plate is provided to improve low temperature base material toughness by controlling the grain diameter of steel and limiting the MA amount. CONSTITUTION: A thick steel plate is composed of C 0.03~0.12 weight%, Si 0.25 weight% or less, Mn 1.0~2.0 weight%, P 0.03 weight% or less, S 0.015 weight% or less, Al 0.005~0.05 weight%, Ti 0.0101~0.080 weight%, Ca 0.0005~ 0.010 weight%, and N 0.002~0.020 weight%. Components except for the oxygen are oxide composed of Ti 10 weight% or less, Al 5~20 weight%, and Ca 5~40 weight%.</p> |
