PURPOSE: A data-transmit-receiving device is provided to reduce the complexity of system by controlling the frame structure which can be commonly applied to systems requests the supports of various bandwidths. CONSTITUTION: A controller(1403) controls a transceiver(1401) for receiving and transmitting data through a set data frame. The data frame comprises one or more type-1 sub-frames including six data symbols, one or more type-2 sub-frames including seven data symbols, one or more type-3 sub-frames including five data symbols, and one or more type-4 sub-frames including nine data symbols.
