<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve excellent and sufficient conditions to spread and expand the installation of a photovoltaic power generation system by effectively utilizing a solar battery panel of the photovoltaic power generation system as an information display device. <P>SOLUTION: An information display device in a photovoltaic power generation system (10) includes a solar battery panel (12) on the flat surface of which a plurality of solar battery cells (13) is arranged, a solar battery module (11) on the flat surface of which at least one or more solar battery panels (12) are arranged, and a following-up device (20) that causes each of the solar battery panels (12) to follow the direction of radiation of solar light. On the backside of the solar battery panel (12), a cell light-accumulating layer (14) to which light-accumulating paint that accumulates energy of received light is applied is provided.
