PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation in which limitation and removal thereof on current supplied to a specific load are frequently repeated.

SOLUTION: When a current supplied to a specific load Ld at each dwelling house is limited by a load control device 22 and as a result, a trunk current is reduced and transitions to a normal current range, limitation on the current supplied to the specific load Ld is not immediately removed. While the trunk current is within an alert current range X1, the load control device 22 continuously limits the current supplied to the specific load Ld. The load control device 22 removes the limitation on current only after the trunk current is reduced to an allowable current range X2 lower in current value than the alert current range X1. Therefore, it is possible to avoid a situation in which limitation and removal thereof on current supplied to the specific load Ld are frequently repeated.
