<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein when admission control to an optional user and preferential control in DiffServ are executed, in a state where a network band is depleted, the band is controlled in a limited system band, thereby other users are affected, and the efficiency of a system as a whole is degraded. <P>SOLUTION: In this network system that includes: a home gateway, an edge router, a core router and a policy server, the policy server acquires session information; sorts and stores the acquired session information on a class basis; calculates either the average and dispersion of parameters contained in the stored session information of the respective classes or the average and deviation of the parameters contained in the stored session information of the respective classes; determines policies of the edge router and the core router based on the calculation result; and transmits a command for achieving the determined policies to the edge router and the core router. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
