<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment substrate, a liquid crystal panel including the same, and a method of manufacturing the alignment substrate. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided: the alignment substrate that can prevent an alignment layer from occurring due to error in alignment when performing substrate coupling; the liquid crystal display panel including the same; and the method of manufacturing the alignment substrate. The alignment substrate includes: a base substrate in which a plurality of unit pixel regions are defined; and the alignment layer formed on the base substrate. The alignment layer has at least two sub-alignment part in which the unit pixel region is divided into at least two domains, wherein each of the sub-alignment parts are optically aligned to have pretilt directions different from each other. All of the plurality of sub-alignment parts are formed on one substrate, thereby preventing orientation error of the alignment layer from occurring due to the error in alignment, which can be generated when performing the substrate coupling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
