<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which can further improve the transmission efficiency by HARQ when receiving a signal series via a physical data channel, and to provide a radio communication method. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station 100 executes a hybrid automatic retransmission request that includes: an automatic retransmission request that requests a destination of a signal series B1 transmitted via E-DPDCH to retransmit the signal series B1 and; a synthesis processing of the signal series B1 received several times by the fact that the signal series B1 has been retransmitted. The radio base station 100 comprises: an E-DPDCH inverse diffusion section 113 for executing an inverse diffusion of the signal series B1 received via E-DPDCH; an HARQ buffer 121 for storing the signal series B1 outputted from the E-DPDCH inverse diffusion section 113; and an HARQ control section 123 for executing the synthesis processing by using the signal series B1 stored in the HARQ buffer 121. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
