PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately manage a fastening state of a screw by allowing torque information transmitted from a torque wrench to be securely received at a management device. SOLUTION: The fastening management system of the screw transmits torque information I1 acting on the screw from the torque wrench 2 to the management device 3 and manages the fastening state of the screw based on the torque information I1 received at the management device 3. The management device 3 transmits communication confirmation information I2 which indicates that it is in a communicable state, and the torque wrench 2 receives the communication confirmation information I2 and then transmits the torque information I1 to the management device 3.
