<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit module enabling downsizing itself with a filter characteristic kept. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An upper electrode 46 of a capacitor is partitioned by a vertical side 47 and a horizontal side 48 appropriately orthogonal each other, and on the other hand, an inductor 60 adjacent to the upper electrode and superimposing the upper electrode in planar view comprises a pattern extending along the direction in appropriately parallel with the vertical side and approximately orthogonal to the horizontal side to respectively straddle the horizontal side. The pattern is designed to have a separated part 66 apart from the vertical side with a length in planar view longer than the displaced length in a forming direction of the vertical side, and a straight line part 68 respectively linearly apart from the horizontal side with the length in planer view longer than the displaced length in the forming direction of the vertical side, out of the displaced length in the planar view between the position of the upper electrode involved in a manufacturing error of a second wiring board and the position of the inductor involved in the manufacturing error of a third wiring board.
