PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device for an indoor space capable of individually conditioning the air of attended living areas where desks are placed. SOLUTION: The air conditioning device 1 for the indoor space where the plurality of desks 30 are placed on an indoor floor surface 10, and the air of the attended living areas where the desks 30 are placed, are individually conditioned includes radiation panels 2 disposed on an inner side face, a top face or a floor surface of a lower space 35 of each of the desks 30 for cooling or heating the lower space 35, a floor supply opening 15 disposed in portions of the floor surface 10 corresponding to each of the desks 30 and supplying temperature/humidity conditioned air toward the lower space 35 of each desk 30 from the floor surface 10 at the back with respect to the lower space 35 of each desk 30, and an air conditioner 25 for supplying the temperature/humidity conditioned air to the floor supply opening 15.
