PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamp face cap which allows an ink pad to be pressed more firmly to the stamp face so that no difference in shade is caused in a stamped image even if a difference in level exists between belts through a long time use. SOLUTION: The stamp face cap is freely attachably/detachably fitted to the lower end of a stamp body in which a printing body 12 is housed in the lower part. In the inner wall face of the stamp face cap, there is loosely set an ink pad receptacle 3 with an ink pad 6 in a manner freely raised or lowered. The ink pad 6 is constantly in contact with the printing body 12 when the stamp face cap is engaged. A push button 4 is freely vertically mounted on the lower end of the stamp face cap through a spring 5. By pressing the push button 4 against a repulsive force of the spring 5, the upper end of the push button 4 presses a lower part of the ink pad receptacle 3 to elevate the ink pad receptacle 3 with the ink pad 6, so that the ink pad 6 is pressed to the printing body by the extent of the elevation.
