PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device for a laminated plate material capable of preventing the generation of a wrinkle in the laminated plate material by using a simple detection-control means and winding by aligning winding positions. SOLUTION: The winding device winds a plurality of laminated plate materials 1-3 by overlapping them like a roll in advance. The winding device is provided with a winding roll 7 which starts the rewinding of the rolled laminated plate materials 1-3 set on set shafts 4-6 and winds them like a roll by overlapping them on the same shaft. The winding device is further provided with mobile mechanisms 12, 13 supporting one end 8b of a tensile force adjusting roll 8 having the other end 8a supported to a machine base side to swing in a plane with its roll axis set as a normal line to swing and the detection-control means 15, 17 for detecting the eccentricity of a tensile force from the direction of the waviness of surfaces of the laminated plate materials 1-3 and controlling the mobile mechanisms 12, 13, 16 so that the laminated plate materials 1-3 become parallel with the direction of conveyance to eliminate the waviness.
