PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that high-temperature compressed air such as engine bleed of an aircraft has a high heat loss in ducts or a heat exchanger while it is sent to an air separation module. SOLUTION: A compressed air source 220 causes high-temperature compressed air to run through a duct 260 and a first path 240 for directly sending compressed air to an air separation module 215 and causes high-temperature compressed air to run through a second path 225 that passes through a heat exchanger 230. The second path 225 that passes through the heat exchanger 230 is regulated by a valve 245 arranged downstream of the heat exchanger 230. A sensor 250 measures the temperature of air when it enters the air separation module 215. A controller 255 receives feedback from the sensor 250 and controls the position of the valve 245 so that the temperature of the mixture of air from the first path and air from the second path having different temperatures has a proper temperature and is then supplied to the air separation module.
