<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel possible to substitute a fossil fuel by improving a low combustion calorific value and lowering a combustion residue, as for a sludge carbonized material obtained by carbonization treatment of sludge which is wastes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Glycerin separated from oil-and-fat by chemical reaction is mixed with and impregnated into the sludge carbonized material with a constant ratio, and the obtained material is mold-processed into powder or various shapes to provide the sludge carbonized fuel.
