PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer having high stirring efficiency to fluid in the vicinity of the stirring shaft. SOLUTION: The stirrer includes the stirring shaft transmitting rotation torque, stirring blades held by the stirring shaft and stirring fluid, an inlet held near the stirring shaft by the stirring shaft and allowing the fluid to flow through and an outlet held by the stirring shaft and being distant from the stirring shaft, and flowing blocking members blocking boundaries of the flowing space connecting the parts mutually.
