PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional window unit, whose lower part is a fixed window, by installing an opening/closing body for ventilation in an upper part of a window opening part. SOLUTION: A first opening/closing body 6 located in the upper side is opened and closed in conjunction with the vertical movement between a first height position and a second height position of a connecting rod 63A which is installed vertically movable along a vertical frame 2 of the window opening part. The lower end side of the connecting rod 63A extends up to a position corresponding to a second opening/closing body 7 located in the lower side. While the connecting rod 63A is between the first and second positions, opening operation of the second opening/closing body 7 is restricted, and when the connecting rod 63A moves to a third height position, the opening/closing body 7 is allowed to open.
