PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening tile which is arranged side by side on a base surface of a sloped roof for enabling the easy and efficient fastening work of a vegetation mat to a base material while improving durability and workability at a construction site. SOLUTION: The greening tile 2 is arranged on the base surface 1 of the sloped roof, and is constituted by fastening the vegetation mats 4 etc. to the base material 3 provided on the base surface 1 of the roof by fasteners 5, etc. The fastener 5 is provided with a mat mounting member 50 and a mat slip-out prevention member 51. The mat mounting member is integrally formed with a screw 52, a water stopping part 54, and a rod-shaped part 55. The screw can be screwed into the base material 3 without forming any bottom hole, and the water stopping part cuts the water of a through-hole 53 of the base material 3 which is caused by the thread of the screw 52. The rod-shaped part is inserted through the vegetation mat 4 provided on the top surface of the base material 3. The mat slip-out prevention member is engaged with the tip of the rod-shaped part 55 of the mat mounting member 50 which is projected from the top surface of the vegetation mats 4, and presses the top surface of the vegetation mat 4.
