Disclosed in an electronic circuit wherein a coil 22 overlaps with a memory array area, and inductive coupling communications are performed between laminated chips by the coil 22. Since cross points 1 and 2 of the coil 22 and a bit line 15 are located at paired positions and the lengths of wires from the paired positions to terminals a and g of the coil 22 are identical, the phases and the degrees of interference of the bit line 15 to the coil 22 are identical at the both ends of the coil 22. Thus, the interference can be removed by a differential amplifier. Accordingly, if a coil antenna to perform inductive coupling communications overlaps with the memory array area, the coil antenna can be disposed so as to cause little interference of a memory array wire to the coil antenna.
|
