The device (1) has a rotating body (5) arranged in a thermo reactor (3), where the thermo reactor has cold and hot areas. The rotating body is pivoted in a pressure chamber (4) of the thermo reactor and is moved to and fro in the pressure chamber by placing the working medium between the cold and hot areas. A pipe spring (14) is connected to each pressure chamber of the thermo reactor by pressure lines (8,9,10) in medium conducting manner.
