<p>Disclosed are: a human monoclonal antibody having excellent affinity to and an excellent neutralization activity on an midkine (sometimes referred to as "MDK") that induces various disease states; a pharmaceutical composition containing the antibody; and others. Specifically disclosed are: a human monoclonal antibody capable of binding to a human MDK, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof; a pharmaceutical composition containing the antibody or the fragment; and others. The pharmaceutical composition can be used for the prevention or treatment of autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, cancer, endometriosis, vascular occlusive diseases and the like.</p> |
