LUBRICATING OIL FOR HOT ROLLING OIL AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING HOT-ROLLED SHEET

A lubricating oil for use in hot rolling oil for aluminum sheets, which comprises (a) a mineral oil having a kinematic viscosity of 80mm2/s or below (at 40°C), (b) 1 to 14mass% of a fatty acid having 10 to 22 carbon atoms, (c) 5 to 15mass% of either a fat or an oil, and/or a synthetic ester, (d) 5 to 10mass% of a phosphorus-containing extreme-pressure agent, (e) 0.1 to 1mass% of a polyoxyethylenealkylamine, and 0.1 to 10mass% of an organic acid salt of a copolymer composed of at least one amine monomer, (meth)acrylamide, and a (meth)acrylic acid salt, and in which the (c)/(d) mass ratio is 1/0.6 to 1/1.  The lubricating oil exerts excellent lubricity in hot rolling, and exhibits excellent anticorrosiveness to iron, whereby a rolled aluminum sheet with excellent surface quality can be obtained.
