APPARATUS FOR MEASURING PARTIAL PRESSURE OF OXYGEN

PURPOSE: An oxygen pressure measurement system is provided to increase the monitoring accuracy of the oxygen partial pressure by preventing the water coagulation within the gas sample ring conduit. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen pressure measurement system comprises an oxygen sensor module(31), a gas sampling conduit(32), a heating unit(33) and an out-gassing conduit(34). The oxygen sensor module comprises an inlet part and an outlet of the oxygen partial pressure monitoring gas including moisture. The oxygen sensor module outputs an electromotive force corresponding to the oxygen partial pressure of the monitoring gas flowing into the inlet part and a voltage signal corresponding to the temperature of the monitoring gas. The gas sampling conduit interlinks a member with the monitoring gas sampled and the inlet part. The heating unit is installed around the gas sampling conduit. The heating unit heats the gas sampling conduit over the temperature with the moisture not frozen. The out-gassing conduit connects a gas outlet discharging the monitoring gas to outside with the outlet.
