PURPOSE: A light guiding panel, a method for manufacturing the same, and a backlight unit using the same are provided to simultaneously form patterns on a plurality of base films. CONSTITUTION: A light guiding panel(100) includes a base film(110), a dot pattern(120), a reference layer(130), and a prism pattern(140). The dot pattern is formed on the upper side of the base film. The reference layer is arranged under the base film. The prism pattern is formed on the surface of the reference layer. The base film is transparent poly ethylene terephthalate. The dot pattern, the reference layer, and the prism pattern are composed of an ultraviolet ray curable resin.
