SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR UPGRADING OF MOBILE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A system and a method for upgrading a mobile terminal are provided to upgrade a software and a data file upgrade right after a mobile terminal completes booting. CONSTITUTION: A DM(Device Management) server(20) provides a DM service for remotely and wirelessly managing a software, and a mobile terminal receives a compulsory upgrade from the DM server. The mobile terminal accesses the DM server after completing booting when a mobile terminal is rebooted. The mobile terminal receives a software and a data file for upgrading, and performs upgrading operation.
