<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal, an electronic coupon utilization system, and an electronic coupon utilization method which improve user friendliness by changing an electronic coupon to an electronic coupon serving many uses to a user. <P>SOLUTION: When acquiring the electronic coupon having rank information, a control part of the mobile communication terminal determines whether or not preset change conditions are satisfied (such as how many electronic coupons of the same rank is held, whether or not an electronic coupon of the same rank is used in the past, or the like).
