<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information management system for specifying a pharmacy that has given medicine to a patient who has received a prescription from a medical institution. <P>SOLUTION: A server 3 includes a prescription issuing/receiving database 352 which stores prescription issuing data from a medical institution internal register 2 and prescription receiving data from a pharmacy internal register 4 in association with an inquiry number. A CPU 31 of the server 3 searches, upon receipt of prescription receiving data from the register 4, prescription issuing data corresponding to the inquiry number contained in the prescription receiving data from the database 352, and reports receiving pharmacy information contained in the received prescription receiving data to the address of a medical institution corresponding to the searched prescription issuing data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
