<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of an engine exhaust pipe, supplying cooling water to a plurality of cooling passages provided along exhaust pipes without complicating the structure of a cylinder head. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling structure 1A includes: a head side flange 2; an exhaust manifold side flange 3; and a cooling section 4, and includes a cooling passage forming part in the cooling section 4, which forms the plurality of cooling passages 4a in respective peripheries of the plurality of exhaust pipes 5 along the exhaust pipes 5, and a supply path forming part in the exhaust manifold side flange 3, which is provided with a cooling water introduction port 3c and forms a cooling water supply path 3a communicating with respective one ends of the plurality of cooling passages 4a.
