摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when injecting an insulating resin in a vacuum atmosphere, air bubbles generated in the insulating resin becomes small and disappears when returning the pressure to ordinary pressure after working, but there is a case where they may remain as small bubbles although careful attention is paid so that the air bubbles surrounded by the insulating resin may not remain in the interior, and they deteriorate dielectric strength and strength of an annular frilled part, in a mold type current transformer. <P>SOLUTION: This mold type current transformer includes: a mold case wherein a primary coil having a primary terminal, a secondary coil having a secondary terminal and an iron core which both the coils are wound around are housed inside; a thermosetting insulating resin being injected and filled in from an injection port of this mold case, and covering the primary coil and the secondary coil; and the annular frilled part which is formed at a primary terminal insertion part of the mold case to secure a creepage distance of insulation between the primary terminal and the secondary terminal. An air exhausting channel, which causes the annular frilled part to communicate with an injection port and discharges air in the annular frilled part from the injection port to the outside of the mold case when the thermosetting insulating resin is injected, is provided between the annular frilled part and the injection port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
