<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of correcting curled parts on both sides of paper sheet while applicable to paper sheets having various sizes. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with a fixing part 13 for fixing the toner image formed on a paper P by image forming process on the paper P by heating process, a paper delivering device 20 provided on the downstream side of the fixing part 13 to deliver the paper P after the fixing process to the outside, and a pair of curl suppressing plates 541 for pressing both sides of the paper P to be delivered.
