PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture apparatus which can reduce the amount of a reagent left in supply piping, and to provide a cell culture cassette. SOLUTION: This cell culture apparatus 100 comprises reagent containers 210 for receiving reagents at a cold reserving temperature T<SB>1</SB>, a cell culture container 231 for receiving culture cells at a higher constant temperature T<SB>2</SB>than the cold reserving temperature T<SB>1</SB>, supply piping 240 for constituting a passage for the reagents supplied from the reagent containers 210 to the cell culture container 231, and a heating portion 21 for heating the surface of the supply piping 240 to a prescribed temperature T<SB>3</SB>between the reagent containers 210 and the cell culture container 231.
