PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a non-insulated DC-DC converter compact and to improve the voltage conversion efficiency of the converter. SOLUTION: In the non-insulated DC-DC converter having a circuit wherein a power MOSFET for a high-side switch and a power MOSFET for a low-side switch are connected in series, the power transistor for the high-side switch and the power transistor for the low-side transistor and a driver circuit which drives them are composed of semiconductor chips 5a, 5b and 5c different from each other; and the three semiconductor chips 5a, 5b, and 5c are stored in one package 6a, and the semiconductor chip 5a including the power transistor for the high-side switch and the semiconductor chip 5c including the driver circuit are arranged closely to each other.
