PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destination prediction system, a destination prediction method, and a program for predicting a destination, even for a terminal such as a cellular phone by which to always obtain excellent position accuracy is not easy. SOLUTION: The destination prediction system includes: a position information detection means for detecting a predicted position of a terminal and the error of the measurement; a position information interpolation means for, based on a plurality of measurement results in time series for the prediction position and the measurement error, performing interpolation between the plurality of measurement results; and a probability distribution detection means for the probabilities of existing in areas, which computes the probabilities of passing through areas belonging to a locus which utilizes the interpolation between the plurality of measurement results.
