<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-changing material composition which is not deteriorated in color-changing performance even after long-time service and is free from the precipitation of coloring matter in storage, a color-changing film produced by using the composition, and a new heteropolycyclic compound therefor.
