PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid based spun-bonded non-woven fabric which does not require any care attentions under reservation and which is durable with only small lowering of mechanical capabilities over a long use. SOLUTION: The spun-bonded non-woven fabric is formed by the spun-bonding method, while the fiber constituting the spun-bonded non-woven fabric is of a conjugated fiber of a composite of polylactic acid based polymer of which at least a part of the carboxyl group extremity is blocked by way of a hydrolysis-proof agent, and of a polyolefin based polymer having a fusing point lower than that of the polylactic acid based polymer. The polylactic acid based spun-bonded non-woven fabric has, in the cross section of its conjugated fiber, at least a part of its fiber surface is constituted by the polyolefin based polymer, with durability.
