PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular power transmission device capable of suppressing temperature rising of lubricating oil, and capable of preventing damage of a drain plug during reverse traveling. SOLUTION: A drain discharge port 33c protruding downward from a bottom wall part 33b is formed on the bottom wall part 33b of an oil reservoir part 33a, and a plurality of ribs 33e extending in a vehicle fore and aft direction are formed at predetermined intervals in a vehicle width direction and throughout a range exceeding a vehicle width size of the drain discharge port 33c in a vehicle rear side of the drain discharge port 33c of the bottom wall part 33b.
