摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitivity adjustment circuit for reducing the circuit scale while securing linearity of a sensitivity adjustment amount. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Supply voltage and voltage obtained by dividing the supply voltage are output from a voltage supply circuit 101 to obtain adjustment voltage of supply voltage fluctuation sensitivity. In addition, adjustment voltage of temperature fluctuation sensitivity is obtained by a temperature sensor 111 and a reference voltage generation circuit 112. Furthermore, the circuit is configured so that a variable gain amplifier circuit 104 in which a transfer function is proportional to potential difference between control terminals 107, 108, and inversely proportional to potential difference between control terminals 109, 110 is applied with the adjustment voltage of supply voltage fluctuation sensitivity and adjustment voltage of temperature fluctuation sensitivity, thereby reducing the circuit scale while securing the linearity.
