<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press a planar heater to a curved shape part of a sidewall of an inner box with good adhesiveness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A body 2 includes the inner box 4 as a heating chamber 5 receiving foods inside. The curved shape part 6 recessed on its inner side is formed on a ceiling plate 42 of the inner box 4, and the planar heater 12 is disposed on the outer face of the curved shape part 6. The planar heater 12 is pressed to the outer face of the curved shape part 6 by a heater presser 13. The heater presser 13 is composed of a curvable plate member, has a plurality of projecting parts 13a projecting to the heating chamber 5 direction, and the planar heater 12 is pressed to the outer face of the curved shape part 6 by the projecting parts 13a.
